Hello everyone, i am posting here regarding the suspension of my World of Warcraft account for “suspicious activity” and possible bot use. I kindly ask to carefully review the logs and reconsider this decision, as I have not used any third‑party software, have not broken the game rules, and all of my actions were performed manually.
I understand that long, repetitive farming sessions may look like automated gameplay, but in my case this is only because I am currently not working and can spend a lot of time playing. My playstyle is relaxed: I enjoy farming gold and resources for many hours while listening to music or streams, so 8–10 hour sessions are not unusual for me.
At the same time, I:
did not use bots, scripts, or macros that automate gameplay;
did not sell gold or other in‑game valuables for real money;
have always tried to follow the End User License Agreement and the rules of fair play.
I have already submitted appeals but received generic replies that did not clearly explain which specific activity was considered a violation. If possible, I would appreciate it if you could specify what exact actions were flagged, so I can avoid any similar situation in the future.
World of Warcraft is an important part of my life, and I have invested a lot of time and effort into my character. I really do not want to lose access to my account because my manual gameplay was mistaken for automated behavior.
I kindly ask:
Perform an additional review of the logs for my account.
Lift the suspension if possible, as I have been playing honestly and manually.
Thank you for your time.
