Sorry to bother you. Blizz, but i’ve just joined the game in comp, there’s been no connection issues from my side (I’ve checked afterwards, even if I had some issues I should have still rejoin), and suddenly just before my game starts I am disconnected from the game. I try to rejoin, and it resets me to the start screen and says I’m suspended for 10 minutes. I cannot rejoin anymore seconds after I’m disconnected. I lose 50 points, I’m probably flamed by my team which loses a player, and I’m not able to recover in any way. Could you please recover me from this situation? Thanks.
Очки и штрафы не снимаются службой поддерджки. Подобное отключение говорит о нестабильном соединении до серверов игры. Стоит оптимизировать соединение, а если такие отключения происходят регулярно то стоит произвести проверку winmtr
