The game is freezing in skirmishes and tutorials, but not in replays

These freezes happen in usual matches and tutorials every second. Are not in replays. FPS is stable. The Internet speed is stable.
The game is freezing but not my cursor.
I tried a lot.
Update video driver, clear windows running, reinstalling the game, checking date of it and much more. Any ideas how to fix it?

To be honest, I had same issue with 8Gb ram and AMD Athlon (Dual Core).

What I did?

I have deleted all unnecessary applications, also disabled anti-virus protection and, in my desktop there is only Chrome and Battle.net.
