I’ll Try it simple. Currently my Whirlwind is at 33 Points via skill-Tree & Items/Charms . As i heard the Cap is 40 or 45 . I played around with my Charms since i noticed im way to low. Apparently the following charms dont work with + Martial Skills :
Beru of the Crucible & Linta of the Crucible , I swapped them out for the same ones with martial skills aswlel , don’t work either. other 3 of the same Set work perfectly fine.
