BUG: infernale horde Kisten erscheinen nicht nach Abschluss

Da man im englischen Forum nur Beiträge erstellen kann, wenn man einen PC Key für das Spiel besitzt, poste ich meine bereits zuvor erfolglos verfasste Supportanfrage hier (man wird auf der support-page ans Forum verwiesen, sorry):

I play D4 on PS5. There is an issue with infernal horde dungeons. I just finished the Tier 5 horde and endbosses without dying once and got 318 aether. But at the end the chests did not spawn and i was unable to get any items, materials or gold. This happened 3-4 times in arenas (lower than T7) during the last few days. That’s why i must report this bug to you now.
I asked some clan members that play mostly on PC but they havent experienced this issue yet.
It’s very annoying. Please fix this soon as the fun-factor gets completely lost if this happens.

Check mal, ob du dort überhaupt eingeloggt bist.
Ggf. über die Dropdown Funktion den Log in Knopf klicken:

Same Problem here, infernal hordes are bugged a lot in couch co op!
Either waves get stuck and the hands dont appear so i have to quit and try again or door after last wave doesnt open

Sucks a lot and is just frustrating
