I am at Tier IV with my lvl 98 Sorc. Cleaned the Stronhold and stand at the bell to capture it . Game frozen . I used the scroll of escape and got the massage Stronhold captured . I summend within the stronghold after reapearing not in the save city but in the Stronghold and i am be slaying instantly by the enviroment with still full life ? i would be pleased if you could restore SchokoPuddin (Sorc) . I shut reapeard in the save city and not in unsave regions. Regards Joerg Schulz

Bei der Erstellung eines HC Charakters muss ausdrücklich zugestimmt werden, daß der Charakter nicht wiederbelebt werden kann.

Hardcore characters cannot be revived, regardless of whether the reason for death was in your control or not. All hardcore deaths are final.
Note: Customer Service cannot restore a hardcore character by any means.
