Faction change should include (optional) server change

I recently used the new faction change feature for a character on Venoxis (PvP, Wotlk). I assumed that it would also ask me to change servers, which it did not. Now I am stuck with an Alliance character on a server that almost only contains Horde players, making it impossible to find groups.

Venoxis does currently not have free server transfers, and buying an additional server transfer is too expensive for me - and probably for most others as well.

Since so many servers are very faction imbalanced now, I believe that a payed faction change should also give the option of changing the server for this character free of charge.

Could this be implemented?
