Ich fliege seit heute ständig alle paar Minuten aus dem Spiel.
Weiß einer woran das liegen könnte?

Was genau heißt „aus dem Spiel fliegen“? Schließt sich das Programm oder wird die Verbindung zum Server unterbrochen? Erscheint eventuell eine (Fehler-)Meldung?
Sollte es sich um einen Verbindungsverlust handeln (was ich für wahrscheinlicher halte), kannst du ja einmal diese Schritte probieren:

Dabei handelt es sich, wie oben bereits vermutet, um einen Verbindungsabbruch. Bitte gehe dann doch zunächst einmal die im verlinkten Support-Artikel beschriebenen Schritte durch. 
Hab alles so gemacht wie im Artikel beschrieben. Problem besteht weiterhin
Dann führe doch bitte einmal eine Untersuchung mit WinMTR durch. Die Ergebnisse für die drei WoW-IPs speicherst du dann am besten als .txt Datei, lädst sie bei einem Filehoster deiner Wahl hoch, und verlinkst sie hier.

WinMTR v0.92 GPL V2 by Appnor MSP - Fully Managed Hosting & Cloud ProviderIn den Logs ist ein erheblicher Paketverlust bereits direkt an deinem Router („o2.box“) zu sehen. Das deutet sehr auf eine gestörte Verbindung zwischen PC und Router hin.
Wird die Verbindung über WLAN aufgebaut, und hast du die Möglichkeit ein LAN Kabel zum Verbindungsaufbau zu testen?
Hast du den Router schon einmal neu gestartet? Und eventuell auch auf ein Firmware-Update geprüft?
Die von dir durchgeführten Tests sind mit ~100 gesendeten Paketen allerdings auch ziemlich kurz … aussagekräftigere Ergebnisse erhältst du, wenn du den Test für eine längere Zeit laufen lässt.

vielen Dank für die Hilfestellungen Schlachtelfe.
Die Vorschläge zum Firmware-Update und Neustart des Routers sind sehr gute erste Schritte.
Bevor ich hier eine Einschätzung geben, möchte ich Dich bitten, Keldas, dass Du bei weiteren Schwierigkeiten in diesem Beitrag antwortest.
Ich werde diesen Beitrag hier mit einem Schloss versehen, damit wir nicht durch viele verschiedene Beiträge durcheinander kommen.
Leider sind die WinMTR Aufzeichnungen hier nicht sehr aussagekräftig.
Meine Vermutung ist, dass Dein Internetanbieter (oder der Router) die Prüfung blockiert (und daher alles nach dem Router nicht mehr angezeigt wird).
Ich würde empfehlen, hier einmal den Internetanbieter zu kontaktieren und den Router und die Verbindung prüfen lassen.
Sollte dies keine Fehler zeigen, hängen die Schwierigkeiten vermutlich mit den Gründen, welche die meisten Spieler zur Zeit haben, zusammen. Dies ist in dem verlinkten Beitrag oben erklärt.
