Hello,i opened a ticket on Sunday about my account.But still no answer from Game Master.How long it will take to reply my ticket usually?.Before we can reach them directly but i think it’s not normal for waiting more than 4 days.Please help me with that issue.Ticket ID:EU93338680

Usually (ie, before 25 Jan 2024)… it was 1 to 2 days. Now. who knows ?
On 25 Jan 2024, Microsoft laid off 1900 Activision-Blizzard employees; Blizzard’s president Mike Ybarra has left the company and so has Allen Adham, Blizzard’s chief design officer.
Current business at Blizzard is bound to be chaotic for a while until some sort of “order” (whatever that means) is restored. That might explain the longer than usual time for a response.

I have opened a ticket 3 days ago the game master responded that he needs my new email to recover my account and now i have provided him the new email but he is not responding its literally 1 step to get my account back the issue id is EU93364882 please can some support assisstant get a game master to respond to me.
How did you provide him with the new e-mail ?
Communications from Blizzard normally come from a “do-not-reply” address… replying to it usually does not work.
You need to create a new ticket, refer to the ticket number of your 1st ticket so Blizzard can link the 2 tickets, and then provide the new e-mail address.
