Diablo 4 - Mobile Hotspot 5G & 4G EE UK -Disconnect frequently

During the hours of 3pm and 10pm BST/GMT connecting my laptop using 4G EE or 5G EE always seems to lose connection within gameplay. Everything works apart from characters running on the screen and mobs all stand still. I can still access my inventory check the map talk in game chat. but nothing else works gameplay wise everything freezes.

I have excellent internet connection running at around 40mb Down / 9mb Up with low latency.

After 10pm it seems to run much smoother with literally no lag/cut outs and my internet connection stays the same as during the day.

Even when im having issues with the game i am able to chat in game, use discord and surf the internet so it must be a server issue for connections through hotspots.

Anyone else have these issue. Im using EE on 5G in the UK on a Steelseries Laptop.

You should probably record a WinMTR and post it with your report.

(as you may have noted, I am providing a link to the Americas region article – the Europe region article has yet to be updated with the IP addresses for Diablo 4).

Did you manage to fix this? I am on a 4G EE router and having the same issues.
