For a few weeks now i am having a in game situation, where game disconect’s, when i am am in advantange and it is my turn to play my cards, the game recovers after my hand passed and it is my second time to play my cards, but the enemy has all ready all the cards against me setup, and he cleaned my table of cards. how is that possible in a log out?, and why the game isn’t stopped at these errors?
For hearthstone issues you would be best to post in the Hearthstone Technical forums, however, we can try to see what the issue is. Do you notice anything odd happening other than it seems to be the game is going your way?
When the issue happens have you checked your connection for any possible issues too? Does it happen often in a row?
It is unlikely to be a “hack” as such where the player is able to block your connection. The game doesn’t pause, as it is a live game as such, or else people could hold other players hostage as well by disconnecting and never coming back.
