I have just bought Warcraft 3 reforged, but it only says on the page that it is in the library. When i go there it does not show up, and therefore, does not allow me to download it. i have uninstalled the entire battlenet app, but it did not work when i installed it again
same problem, bought Warcraft Remastered Battle Chest and can’t download any of that games. there is just no option\button to do it
In the same situation with Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4, purchase is confirmed not pending, shop page says in the library but the game is nowhere to be seen. Support tickets have been thoroughly unhelpful blaming everything from my broadband provider to my country, everything except themselves it seems. I’ve also tried uninstalling, reinstalling, messing with files, restarting my pc, everything I can think of to no luck. I hope somebody finds a fix soon.

We’ve seen more reports of this and the issue is under investigation.
In the meantime, you should be able to get past this by:
- Logging out of the Battle.net app
- Clicking the cogwheel on the login screen
- Changing the Login Region to Asia
- Logging back in and retrying the install
Hopefully the underlying issue can be fixed as well soon!

Absolutely the same situation, I bought the whole bundle of Warcraft 1,2 and 3. And when I’m trying to open the ticket, my ticket doesn’t show up in “active tickets” and not even in “archive”

I Changed to EUROPE where i am and Games Appear in my Library YEY
Fix for me: Log out, click cogwheel, select region I am in, log in. Game showed up.
Login to different region as stated above managed to fix it for me, thanks.
Same thing for a gifted copy of Diablo 4 that i purchased about 1 hour ago and even thought the order status is “Complete” my friend only see the game on “Library” but can’t install it.
Had the same problem with Diablo IV and StarCraft Remastered, change of region worked as a charm
This did not work at all. Can you actually come up with a solution that works?
Or maybe come up with a timeframe for when this will be fixed?
I have waited 5 days for the game I paid for and it seems this is an issue you’ve been having for a while longer, how can it not be fixed yet?
