Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out!

We’ve seen more reports of this and the issue is under investigation.

In the meantime, you should be able to get past this by:

1. Logging out of the Battle.net app
2. Clicking the cogwheel on the login screen
3. Changing the Login Region to Asia
4. Logging back in and retrying the install

Hopefully the underlying issue can be fixed as well soon!

Howdy Everyone,

We are aware of the issue and have opened an investigation. I did see someone state logging out of the app and signing into a different region worked for them. I would recommend trying that for now.

Hopefully this will be resolved soon.
