I think the only reason why they prioritize US over all other regions is that in US the customers can actually sue the company for false advertising and malicious business practices towards customers. Easier said than done in any other part of the world. 200Mbps connection and they give 200kbps out in EU with no intention to fix it. It takes me two weeks to download the latest 40Gb patch. I will definitely be boycotting this company in the future again. They make EA look good and that’s something.

Connected to Singapore VPN - 6-7Mbps (max speed of my connection)
I could almost forgive them if it had an auto-resume feature but the fact that I have to sit babysitting the download and pressing OK when it randomly disconnects, is not acceptable.
Steam serves way more users and does fine. Activision/Blizzard clearly don’t want to invest in the infastructure to deliver game downloads and updates properly but are happy to take everyone’s money for the pathetic DLC they churn out.
