i bought the batlle chest but the games are not in my library and cannt see any way to install them

I am having the exact same issue.

The game appears in my order history. I received a confirmation email stating that I purchased it. When I visit the store page for the game, it says it is already in my library.

But it is not. Nothing shows up in the Battle.net launcher.

I have tried every solution I found online. I reinstalled the Battle.net app. I cleared the cache. I reset my password. I restarted my PC. I even changed the region.

Nothing worked.

At this point, I feel completely scammed. Blizzard has become a complete joke.

Oh, did I mention that I can’t even write a ticket as for some reason its not sending and loading and loading and loading? This should be illegal.

Now they add on this frustration and 2 seconds after I bought it the game is on a 50% offer. Wow.
They should compensate me and give me the game for free. Is Blizzard trolling or something ?

Suffering from the same issue…

Tried to log a ticket, but it just sends me to the refund page…

I will say that I bought reforged in 2020 but refunded it.

Same problem.
I’ve already tried clearing the Battle.net cache.
I did a refund and a new purchase.
Nothing worked

That seems to be the problem with the battle net.

Same issue here, purchased yesterday. I have a ticket raised so far they have directed me to the page that tells you how to install, which is useless (shocking) as like everyones else the install option is missing.

Have you tried to change your BNet login region as suggested here:

Also ensure your transaction shows as complete in your account settings:

Changing the region fixed it for me. Just log out, change the region, then log back in.
