Yep, bombed it with 0 few hours ago. Servers down, progress deleted, farmed stuff deleted. Tech support is just like “welp, rollback cant be reverted, deal with it, thx for money sucker”.

ofc not 10 - this game gets 7 from me - have a blast with this game and have 2 80+ chars and 2 75+. Spamming 0s just because they have tech issues from time to time is a childish behavior.

was playing from the day 1 couple of hours after work+a bit more on weekends. If I played with a party - could’ve been even higher on lvls
blizzard has shares in WB, which owns metacritics

Thats cute, i had also blast, i had engame farming Sorc 84. Untill they decided to reroll it back to like lvl60 while also deleting all farmed items. Not so blast anymore. And im not the only one with this problem. You dont have to be blind to that just cuz it didnt happened to you.
Sooner or later idiots need to realize that the game and Blizzard servers are 2 completely different things. The game is awesome. Servers are not.

I was hit by rollbacks aswell (not 20 lvls though, this is insane), lost about 30min-1h of gameplay + some items, so I’m not blind to that.
Imagine paying for a product from a company like acti-blizz, and being ok with this level of performance.
People only eat this stuff up from large companies, its cute.

Well, i lost week of farming and my sorc is back at beginning of Hell. High runes gone, few pieces of top gear gone, skill charms gone etc. And all i get from tech is that its permanent and deal with it. So i dont rly feel like playing again if you can so easily lose all your progress and thus this game deserves zero.

Ah yes metacritic, always known as the source of reliable reviews.
Until you realize the site and concept is absolute dogshit. There is not even a moderation for racist and homophopic “reviews”. A few month ago they didn’t even check whether you could beat the game in X hours, before making a statement. There were reviews right after a game went live. People coudn’t even have played it 2 hours.
That site has as much weight as the writing on a toilette wall.
this is very weird… I’ve been playing almost every day and I didn’t loose more then ~1hr of progress. Feelsbadman, loosing a week it is a lot.
I’m not okay with servers being down, but such things happen and eventually issues would be resolved. The game itself is awesome.
Me too, just for weekend i decided to play alts and today i see my main was rolled back like that. And there are reports of many ppl getting high level farming toons rolled back even to lvl 20.
