OK , so after running Andy and Mephisto at least 200 times each in Hell diff with 320 mf i still have yet to see an item above lvl41 . the first few hundred times i thought i was just EXTERMELY unlucky , but this is ridiculous . They only drop low level crap like lvl 11 set items and other useless stuff . whats going on here ? The drop rte for decent items was way higher on original Diablo 2 .

Drops are random. Could be good. Could be bad. Could be bad or meh for days or a week, or more, on end. I had Hell Meph drop a Lidless and a HoZ at the same time. Since then he’s been a stingy bastage. Just keep at it. Eventually you’ll hit him so hard he’ll cough up something good so the beatings stop.

just made 20 runs with a stopwatch (was curious) and got only rubbish… I need to make some angry post about that for sure… the last run was epic! D2R decided to close my 20 runs with a humiliating end-drop

RNG is the thing… today for exemple i got a nice little surprise on diablo in normal difficulty as i was helping my brother get act 5. Diablo dropped a Tal Rasha Amulet (lvl67 set item) first time i ever seen one drop in normal difficulty i didn’t even know it was possible.
On my first run through d2r NM Meph gave me Titan’s and Oculus (9 runs)… never seen Oculus drop ever since (4 chars 83-85)
thats the game… seriously not even close to running enough times for it to be strange
take care, this trolls life-less around here will tell you that you need to spend next 10 years of your life to farm bosses and maybe, just maybe, you will get some loot.
Now is your decision what you do in next 10 years of course.
back to subject, yes, the loot is bugged. You will get on Hell only items that can not be even used in Normal difficulty.
This is possible because of ilvl of tal amu

And I’m play with my sorc and get always helmet … on each boss … helmet for all other races!!!.. I have now 10 hemet in by store, for all other races

just killed hell andy (bugged) and she dropped a single item:
sigons helmet.
i played legacy d2 for SO LONG i cant even count
but here in d2r all i get in hell are items of normal dif quality
armors, weapons, anything is just of lvl 1-20
so even if i have the luck of rolling set or unique it is just useless
i play every day since launch for some hours.
i have seen ONE BASE shako white, that was it, not even another drop since
one laqcuered plate blue
i really think something is off
in hell and only crap from normal drops i dont understand

Dude I’ve done like 500 runs on Lower Kurast, no high runes, yesterday about 100 runs on countess, no key, highest rune - Lum, so really, it’s just how it is.
You ‘think’ something is off just because you had a few shitty drops?
Will you post here when something good drops or will you only spread nonsense about ‘something being off’ when you are unlucky?
I dont believe u did 100 countess runs withour a single key drop, 500 lk runs is nothing.
