This morning it worked fine, now in the evening problems again. But after clicking 5 or 6 times on online tab I finally got my online character list.
Hello, Since like 1 month around first week of february this is happening to me and as i can see to more people.
When i launch the game D2R it take like 5-6-7-8 times to log till the game can authenticate and connect with the server.
This is annoying.
If i connect to US server it connect always at the first time, but in EUā¦ is super annoying, sometimes it take like i said above 8 times or even more.
You need to fix this thing blizzardā¦ come on you can do it, i believe in you!!!.
This is so frustateā¦

It would be nice if some official at least acknowledges this rampant problem. Does EU even have working tech support?!

Same login issue here in Poland, it seems to be a EU server problem for weeks now.

Dude, these reports are posted EVERY DAY since the last few weeks, where have you been so far?
The main issue we all have here is that Blizzard is doing nothing to keep this game playable (if not for the reputation of the company, to at least fulfill the contractual obligations you made by selling your product).
After such a long time trying to finally get your attention, we demend that you keep posting a daily reports on how the work on you end progress - what are you doing to fix the problem and by when you expect to be ready. DAILY!

Live services hahaha, this is normal, EU servers are gone for good and so is our money. GL Gamers welcome to the new era of gaming.

on EU servers in the morning was fine, but now after 16h cant play online, only offline characters are available. Maybe it has to do with number of players online ?

What is this ? i have strong internet and PC and cant log into the game ā¦ any fixes or servers just sucks ?

For at least a week now, it has only been possible to connect to the EU server after several attempts. At first, switching to the NA server helped, where there were no problems, and then returning to the EU server. Now itās a lottery, what and when will work.
You show beautifully where you have players who have been playing your games for over 25 yearsā¦

I just connected without problems. I hope it will stay this way.
Iāve been trying to log-in for the last 45 minutes, and performed a few scan/repairs, B-net client restarts, etc. As of 1 minute ago (18:58 GMT), itās still a firm āFailed to authenticateā error on EU server
Hi blizzard. You set the bar so low with your company and time and time again you manage to reach new lows. THE ENTIRE LADDER SEASON EU HASNāT WORKED AND ITS RADIO SILENCE.

jesus christ how much longer do we need to wait? Its been the entire ladder season for us on EU this is an embarassment. I want compensating as its a product iāve purchased and isnt fit for purpose. I CANNOT PLAY THE GAME I PAID CASH FOR
Same issue here, Swe. Also the same issue for my friends who Iām playing ladder with. We have to wait for at least one person to keep refreshing the launcher until they get in.
Same here, Poland. Restarting game helps once or twice sometimes helps but this is ridiculous. Once it says that it canāt authenticate, then it says cannot join server, then back to cannot authenticate.
