Same here for a month or so
It seems to give more chances by closing battle.net and not only trying to connect a new game
Sometimes also opening an offline and going back to try battle.net online instead of closing

But it’s so boring

I switched server to US and that worked.

Same here, playing from Sweden, cannot connect to EU servers.

You still have not fixed it 2025-03-25 EU Servers. One have to restart the game sometimes even the blizz client 2-5 times. Scaned and repaired the files the client didnt find anything to add and removing the game and install it again did not help either.

Hi, same here, from Germany, it is very annoying when you trade and switch servers. What can we do?

For about last 12h it stopped connecting completely, before this I could grind and connect after some tries, now I cannot connect at all, restarting client or battle.net gives nothing!

For several weeks, there have been problems logging into the Europa server, but with some manipulations (switching between servers, and constant login attempts), today it has been impossible to log into the game on the Europa server for 4 hours. Please take action.

Same issue here.
Changing to ASIA servers and it works just perfectly, but as soon as i jump in to EU servers, it starts again…“Failed to authenticate”.

And it’s not only a Login problem. I constantly loose connection of created games.
Unsatable Servers on EU all day long.
Frustrating.

This has been going on for weeks. Maybe you guys shifted your focus from Diablo 4 you would know this. Your devoted player base has lost faith in you. You can’t even provide content or patches seasonally. You just continue to break everything you touch.

Eu servers are totally dead. No matter what I do, cant join them. NA and AS is fine no problem yet nothing seems to work for EU.

Also experiencing this issues in Germany with Europe servers. Need 5-6 times to restart bnet & d2r to login to chars
