Terrible experience, Blizzard do something, the game is unplayable.

Servers were working great on game launch.
over the time the infrastructure degraded, especially noticeable from southern eu
The biggest/worst cases being connected to things happening in d4 (like PTR)
Can you guys please stop the cost-cutting on d2r infrastracture? we paid for the game to play it, not to fund d4 stuff.
You’ve made playing hc and pvp impossible, pvm just mega annoying. Please, value your customers just a little bit more.

unbelievable… still rubberbanding, cant leave the town… ahh we expect too much of this little indie company… they cant afford proper servers… I dont even ask for updates 
just keep it running… too much to ask?

seriously… fix the EU servers… rubberbanding for close to 4 days straight is not normal…
if it were a 1 man company I’d understand but we’re talking about a triple A company… hire more people, fire people , put competent people in charge of D2R , but do something … this is not normal…
Jup after starting the game in a long time i thouhgt something is wrong on my end.
2h down the drain, maybe it would be worth to look at EU Customer rights for 2h just to check if there is a legal way to make some pressure.
I doubt there is, the only thing that comes to mind for a way to try and force them to fix the servers is for a major gaming publication pick up on the state of the servers and make a article, bringing some light to the issue to the general gaming public, therefore forcing them to make a statement or soemthing and actually do something about the state of the servers…
other than that I don’t think there is something we can do.
the game lagging a lot why we do buy and play and etc from blizzard when they dont care at least for them servers lack of care and understanding that why blizzard went down the hill this days … im not happy i have bought them product i would like refund and they can take them games away !!!

Any fix to this problem, there is no way you guys don’t know what’s causing lags for past few days,
our chance is at gamescom 21 to 25 august.
we can give feedback and show our “sympathy” for blizzard.

Dont know what u mean with “things are looking better” … still have disconnects after being 5 to 20 minutes ingame… rubberbanding is nearly gone, but with this disconnects its still unplayable
I dont know what you guys did but has been working flawlessly for me for the last 24 hours. Hopefully it stays this way.
