Crash to desktop - again and again and again

Hello,

another post to confirm game keeps on crashing no matter what I do. Unbelievable… Definitely I’ll wait before spending €70 on DIV :triumph:

I did have time to try one last situation: where I start a new character from scratch. This time I can’t even get to Tal Rasha’s tomb as game crashes right in Lut Gholein! At the very beginning of Act 2. Simply wandering around the town will cause a crash to desktop. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

For the record, I’ve raised now countless similar reports:

That’s enough now. The game is unplayable still after 2 years. I’m not to blame nor my PC configuration. The game is buggy as hell. Look at the sheer number of users reporting crash to desktop on the forums… Baffling. Most topics remain unanswered btw.

A pity given how good the remake of such classic it is. I’m asking for help one last time and again a simple “we are aware of the situation” would do.

I’m also available to provide any further details about my conf or for testing etc. Just talk to me! Thanks.

I am having the same issue…right now I’m reinstalling the game to see if it’s of any help (probably not)…did you get any answer or tech support??

Hello,

I’m joining the conversation. The game works perfectly fine until the game itself or the launcher is updated. After the update, the game runs for a few seconds or until the first attempt to pick up any item from the ground. Blaming the player’s device for the issue is a way of shifting responsibility, as a reminder, the game works very well right after installation. Could you please provide me with the information about what data to share and which logs from which file to post here in order to determine the cause of the game shutting down?
