This doesnāt change the European Law, so customers have the right to have full refund in 14 days otherwise they could be sued or they could stop selling in Europe if they donāt like our Law Terms.

Iām a Software Engineer and I can tell you this is probably not a coding issue but rather a DevOps issue. The servers are not running properly and just canāt handle the player load. The servers basically crash when to many people login and try to play the game.
21 years unchanged shame! nothing but graphics have not changed, the game is more popular than d3 and you are not able to make working servers, shame! Return the money!

Down at the weekend an now on Tuesday again - I start to hate this game. It was no discount game for 5$. 40$ for a 20 years old game and it cant use the internet stableā¦ shame on you Blizzard.

that is exactly what you did 
my toon died minutes before the servers went down. just as i got to my body and returned to town. i hope my items are intact. fml

Itās now every day the servers are not working.
Let me summarize:
- Chat not working
- Game crashes all the time
- Servers down on a daily base
- Console version is a bad joke (matchmaking broken!!)
First Warcraft 3 Refunded and now Diablo 2 Disconnected - great job guys!

Someone already looking into possibilities of lawsuits? I know in my country (the netherlands) customers are protected by law even if it is a digital game and you have played a bit already. (ofcourse then with money back your account also gets closed ofcourse but i myself rather have my money back then not being able to play since i have this game lolā¦ )

On sundays server down, 30 minutes of gameplay was not saved (and all the found items). And now not working server again. Very frustratingā¦
I want the refund now how do we claim?
