I’ve been farming keys especially countess for a few weeks now, so far I have have 9 keys of destruction, 6 keys of hate, 1 sur rune and ZERO (0, nada, nil, zilch) keys of terror? is this really RNG or is there something going on? I’m starting to get paranoid, am I cursed? started happening after I got tal’s armour is it because of the extra mf I have now? could it be because my merc always kills her (I’m orb wall sorc)? could it be that razan is bad luck and I should use emilio?
but since you seem to have lots of dest keys, you can trade dest keys for terror keys 2:3 at least if not even better, dest keys have more value, cause not everyone can farm. This is what i do. im running nihla at the beginning of each public baal iteration with my hammerdin, takes me around 15 seconds and gets me insane amount of dest keys cause of player 8 bonus while still gaining exp and simply trade for other keys then
Like Mizzo, I too get nothing but keys from her, when it’s the higher runes that I’m after. RNG is everybody’s curse in games but at times everybody’s lottery winning ticket.
Yes, the loot is bugged. different players report diffrent unbeliavable scenarios. some could not find Topaz gems, some even find Lo runes under rocks in Cow level… the random generator used in this game is totally broken.
Add me in the game, I will give you 3 keys of terror for 2 keys of hate
i try explaining it: RNG can mean you find quite nothing, RNG can mean you find good stuff here and there. That is the definition of RNG.
Just keep farming and at some point RNG might be on your side
I would be happy to swap my key drop chances to your rune drop chances ))) I never get rune drop more than vex, but got lots of keys.
You can fill an excel sheet with your key drops/nodrops, it often helps to convert “I get 0 keys for years” into “Oh, I made only 20 runs”. I sure you will find, that you got 10-15 keys from 200 runs.
The fact that you are stupid will not be changed.
RND means in 100 Countess runs every day you find 1-10 keys per day,and NOT: 10 days no keys and then 1 day 50 keys << this is bugg not rnd, but do not expect you to understand this because you are simply stupid.
I also tend to think that summoner and countess drop keys have been severly nerfed.
I run regularly the 3 of them (~300runs so far) and clearly Countess and Summoners drop key changed 2 or 3 weeks ago, something like that.
Yeah I know…RNG…300 is too little. To each his own. I log every one of my runs and I clearly see a difference.
Lol. Lololololol. ROFL I don’t have drooop I am aiming foooor. Reeeeee OMG even if there is 10% chance that u drop key from Countess or Summoner, doesn’t mean every 10th run will give you key It means you have 1:10 chance every run. And it rolls every run
And so we can ROFL at your admirable and very smart observation. Bugs exist, and all I’m saying is I did 300runs and noted everything. Maybe it’s bad luck like your smart comment tends to let us think…but maybe it’s a bug too, you can’t exclude that.
While countess was particularly nice to me (1 Ist, 2 Mal, 1 Shako), her drops went scarced at the middle of the runs, just like the summoner.
Lets assume you are right with this rng bug existing. Why would this bug only apply to a handfull of players and not to all players?
Lots of people (including me) dont have any issues at all. keys and runes are dropping rarely for me but they do drop and in the long term its just a matter of clear speed with your character that willl make you rich eventually.
There is no bug in the existing rng. There is just waaaaaaaaay way way WAY more rarity in everything compared to Diablo 3
if others are getting them then it is just my luck. After a lot of runs I started to get some keys of terror again, ended up with loads of runes, after combining I ended up with well over 50 Thul runes, now I’m farming chipped topazes and amethyst

When I play D2R, all your keys dropped in my games. If you play when I’m not logged in, your keys dropped in your games again.
the fact u dont understand how rng works, wont change it. Even if you whine everyday about it
