Lost two weeks worth of experience and gear

My level 87 Assassin was showing as level 53 last night, after the issues started and I was disconnected. A few minutes later, all my characters were gone.

I finally managed to log in again, but both my character and its personal stash are changed to how they were at that time (level 53, and only Nightmare unlocked), which would be around September 26. However, the level 1 characters I made to hold some gear for their classes in their personal stashes two days ago are untouched.

I tried to open a support request, but it keeps sending me to “It is not possible to restore a deleted character in Diablo II: Resurrected” or asking to post on the forums.

So, what can be done? I love this game, but two whole weeks of uniques and runes, not to mention the loss in experience, are a massive blow.

Im on theh same boat along with many others. I get rollback even tho i wasnt playing my main during crashes.

Thank you for the link! As much as it sucks that so many people are having this issue, I hope that they’ll actually get something done if it’s affecting such a large number, instead of letting it slide.

same here, logged off normally yesterday night went to bed, got up today to play and in the time I was briefly online both in the morning and now my sorc main has been rollbacked 30lvls all the way back to 54

Same, lost Pala 75 lvl. Now is 29 lvl.
But my Druid 52 is still 52?

Same, got rolled back from 86 to 54, weeks of gameplay

Same, lost 2 weeks progress from 88 lvl to 64 lvl.

Same, from 80 to 50 on my main. More than a week of gameplay. Why do some get rolled way back and some only a few hours? What is this absolute random chaos?

“few hours” isnt rly rollback, just unsaved progress+server crash.

Loosing week(s) of progress is still unexplained.

From 93 (maybe 92 and 90% exp) down to 80 (before duriel quest). This is like a week of gameplay.

Same… from lvl 48 and farming Baal dooown to 22 and act II. WTF is this?

Same here… Lost my sorceress completely - no character at all - deleted - I was on my way to kill Baal and surprise - i hope this is fixable… :grimacing:

Same happened to my wife necromancer character. While we have been playing together 1 act per day and reached hell blacksmith, but stopped and make a pause for one week. When we’ve returned my character was ok, but wife’s character have rolled back from 65 to 29 lvl.
