Unfortunately, character progression (levels and/or items) lost following a rollback cannot be restored. We know that it’s always very frustrating, and our developers are working on on the root cause to make sure that this doesn’t happen again in the future.
For the Horadric Cube, it can be obtained again in the Halls of the Dead in Act II by killing a monster called Bloodwitch the Wild.
