Personal Loot OPTION needed

not only that personal loot is needed, IS MANDATORY TO BE ADDED TO THE GAME.
this is one issue that killed the game, the fact that most players avoid to play public games since loot is optional there.

1st: the game hasn’t died, personal loot hasn’t been “mandatory” for 12 years and will never be.
2nd: casual players like you are done after few hours, not based on how the game is designed. Casual players anyways will find reasons to cry
3rd: casual players enjoy running after other players collecting loot they didn’t earn.
4th: following the group at the same spot is optional
5th: It’s a fact that drop amount and quality raises drastically in games 4-8 players whilst mobs getting stronger. Running solo in 1player game and crying is just stupid.

sorry, your post is a continous crying from beggining to end, almost could not read anything due to your tears.
not sure, what you name a “casual player”, it is in your opinion a player that not spend all life farming D2? below 12hours farming/day is “casual”?

anyway, stop crying when somebody propose something new and needed to the game, do not be afraid, at the end even you will manage to adapt to changes.

The game already has this option; just create a private game with a password?

I am pretty sure hes talking about to break the anti socialization we have since pretty much day 1 and Blizzard intented the game to play as a group, which only happens to farm exp. The game should be like “oh a bow there you go ama” “wow nice thanks” “oh here you go necro found homunculus for you” “WOWW massive upgrade cheers mate” and not “yoink yoink yoink doing nothing just watch what is dropping on the floor and click it where was I? Yoink yoink yoink yoink.”

Definitely a casual player is one who says he was quitting the game “last year” when this game launched “last year”. And as already described… those who obviously know nothing about cube recipes and runewords but crying about “bad drops”.
And crying for “private drops” to just run after active players and picking loots undisturbed while he could just use another spot where the other players are absent.

yes, game was release lasty year on September and I quit on December, so played it 3 months - already too much, since I finsihed the Hell in less than 1 weak. what to play anymore?

how do you know I “obviosuly” know nothing about cube recipes? I know all cube recipes, but that is actually very easy to know, since there are lot of websites where those receipes are listed. like I said, I can kill Diablo in few seconds and I did Ubers in ~40 seconds or somthing. what else to do? there is no challenge, no end-game nothing, the game is empty.

private drops will encourage lot of players to join public games(which is beneficial for the game), since now lot of player don’t do that because of “scam” players who are just watching for the loot without killing mobs in party. what is so hard to understand for you? seriously, are you a 10 year old child? just say it to not spend anymore time explaining obvious and simple thinks to you and you just baby crying all day long.

Typically casual. Doing the “storyline” once, that’s all. Just jump over any depth.

Having the recipes ready to read is not the same as knowing the hints to create new, useful items from things just seeming to be crap.

40 seconds… I bet my right arm you’re lying. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:Diving deeper into the game and PVP. D2 is about equipment. And this can be adjusted to perfection. This is what players do every day. If you’re too casual, go back to D3 and enjoy their “challenge” not requiring any brains.

Private drops encourage me to do this, too. Because e.g. in lower kurast all stashes drop a lot more and at higher quality.

Isn’t that the job you do every day here in forum?
I’d say there’s a lot of evidence.

sorry, I am not sado-maso BDSM oriented to do that fairy tail story more than 3 times…

j

let’say it was less than 1 minute, but even 40sec is not something special(you are a noob, that’s why think 40sec is impossible). pro gamers do Ubers in 10-20sec, so 40 is a medium one.

Then you need a game based on a deeper storyline.

Jah Mal Jah Sur jah Ber. That’s what is just in a Grief sword. At your stage of knowledge and playtime in game + drop crying, I bet you didn’t even survive the Ubers, nor killing all 3 alone in 40 seconds. You obviously dreamed this.

obiously a noob who just spam the forums. check the recipe for Grief, you missed it hard.
ignore, do not have time to discuss with spammers, added you yo perma ignore list

My absence led to a little mistake. I meant last wish. Grief is a lowballer version. Btw. if you re dreaming about killing the 3 ubers within less than 1 minute… no chance with grief.

Better add any forum member to this list.

total noob. now I understand your stupid comments…
FYI, I did Ubers in less that 1 minute with Astreon Scepter, but you will never understand why…

I wonder how he did it since this is his own statement from another thread:

I think he farmed them with the same Astreon Smiter…

That the moment most of 99 Racer buy or Trade her gear till they are fully equipt and after that they start they start the Racing.
The Point is that we should have atleast for non ladder a function to use the /player command.
Some Type of gamer dont want to play singleplayer because you cant show your progression or you time investment is not worthing after all. Because everyone can have a 99 char in singleplayer but not in Multiplayer because you cant cheat there.
For me a big motivation are in multiplayer the fact that i can giveaway some beginners starting gear and singleplayer you just grow away your second harlequin helmet you find because you dont need it^^
or you just release a Solo & Teamplay ladder because atm its just unfair no solo player can get his name on the top on the ladder list.

nope. imo there is absolutely no need for that.
