If you have already done such shit, then at least take the trouble to make sure that after the disconnect I was not forced to stand in a new queue!

My experience so far “wait 30min → char screen (offline mode) → click “online” tab → wait 30min”

Absolute bull excuse. I have to wait 15 MINS!!! in a queue to play D2… then I play one game and it crashes while changing acts. Another 15 min… TERRIBLE solution. I will be pursuing a refund this is unplayable and certainly NOT what I signed up for nor the promise or expectation. Blizzard is dead.

Лучше бы ты задал вопрос,как вернуть деньги за это га*но. Я честно хотел поддержать производителя и серию которая мне не безразлична,но теперь думаю надо было качать пиратку,т.к. производитель меня просто обоссал,как потребителя.
Я готов терпеть баги,покуда знаю,что работа над их исправлением ведется,но это…
Когда я покупал игру, речи не шло о том, что для того, чтоб мне поиграть в инете в игру за 2к в 2021 г. надо отстоять очередь в 200+ человек.
Да и прикол в том, что я ее купил в день релиза, сейчас бабло уже не вернуть,как я понимаю. В общем ГГ, Близард пробила дно.

I am pretty sure queueing for HOURS to get into a game is NOT in the contract which we all signed when purchasing this game!
It is a well-known practice if the client DID NOT receive the expected quality from a product to be compensated/refunded!!!
PLEASE do the right thing and at least refund 50% of people’s money (50% is even more than you deserve to be honest for this bull*hit)

Queue in diablo 2 is a stupid joke… 200 in queue and it does not fall lower and until I have DC, I will have to wait for entry into the game again … Thanks God a new league in POE coming out in a week, I say goodbye to d2r and the whole blizzard and I would like to get my money back for the game.
I go to a walk with my sweet rottie, i smoke to times when i go back im 116 in the queye - did i play today? who knows?
One must imagine how retarded this queue is, I mean, you constantly crash out of the game and then you join the queue again to wait at least 30 minutes plus to join a game and crash again…
That products and support like that is even allowed to be published these days … They can only be ashamed of themselves.

Instead of fixing your stupid database stuff you force us to wait for hours before even logging in to the server. The game is out since 2001 and the same amount of game creations was done even before. This is ridicilious . You are just mocking us around like idiots

Really? Are you preventing a worse outcome than not being able to play your game? Because that is exsactly what this new server queue does. I’m not able to play the game.
How can not being able to play it due too possibly hours of queue time somehow be better than, well allmost anything really. Atleast implement some kind of expected waiting time - not just a large number printed on the screen for long periods of time.

ok, I like this game, I pre-ordered, the day you announced it. But since last patch I am constantly in queue on EU servers and I cant play anymore. I hope this is not your final solution with this queue patch, because it is bad solution. Btw since update I couldnt play because I newer got in. Please resolve it.
