Iām sorry, i donāt see the point.
Before this change, it was down for everyone for 2-4hours, now i have to wait in que for 2-4 hours (30mins 291 ā 291) and if i crash, i even lose my spot and have to wait again.
This is not an improvement!
Where is the grace period due to crashes? And where is the removal of the time limit inbetween games now that the allowed number of players online have been reduced to āstable numbersā

What is the difference with waiting 30min-1 hour because of the full outage of the server or waiting in a queue for 30 min - 1 hour?
Now I get punished double when my game crashes, and it WILL crash for sure

At this point, iām considering calling my bank to recall my cash because clearly, D2R is a complete SCAM, moreso considering refund request are refused despite the game being a complete broken mess

yesterday and during some of the night my lobbychannel was Spammed With Gold/Itemsellers, I canāt Block them and for some reason you guys removed the Bug button.
Do a Job and Remove those Pests called Gold/Itemsellers seeing as they will take up the space on servers for REAL players and Fix your damned Bugs, as some have stated D2 has alot of games made each day people Farm and do Runs like Baalruns. and yesterday/last night i had to reboot my game for every 3-5 game i joined/made,
This is NOT a Viable Option.
and this should have been fixed before releasing the game, why even have open Beta then?
In Short i have some fixes for ya:
-Bug button
-fix the block button so it works
-make sure to get better at getting rid of Gold/itemsellers
-buy more servers
-fix servers so we can make multiple games without having to reboot game
Server crashes, queue, random crashes ( and still no fix ), ā¦
If you guys are trying to make the game unplayable and frustrating, you are doing an awesome job.

I was away a couple of days and thought maybe the login problems were solved, but guess not! This queue system is a complete joke!
Also, I must say that the people responsible for this technical disaster are doing a HUGE discredit to their colleagues who designed D2R. When the game actually runs, it is good fun and also looks great. I can only imagine the frustration of the designers seeing their gem being ruined by this ridiculous login issues.
Better solve this quick and permanent Blizzard or you will loose a large chunk of your player base!

When Blizzard advertised the D2R to me there was no mention of a queue going to be added in the game and no mention of that I will have to wait 30minutes to play the game. The game cruses every 20 minutes of game play and I have to wait again and again!!!. When I payed and read the user agreement there was also no mention of queue line and waiting to play!!! They broke our agreement so they should return the money. They sold me something that doesnāt work as they advertised it.
