I was so hyped when i heard there is coming an Remake of my lovely game D2. First of all i have to admit that the game looks beautiful and is much fun to play BUT… Log In Queue 275… 45mins later Log on Queue 235!!! Seriosly? Im so bored right now. I know when i’m in it wont take long till first game crash will come and than i have to wait for ages again. I always defended D2R for having a price like 40 euro but now its over. The game is not playable right now and its not getting better until ppl quit playing. This is how blizzard treat their faithfull players. So sad!

I’m from EU and the worst queues are in the the morning till late afternoon?
There can’t be a massive pressure on the EU servers in that time of day, when most people are at work… Which leads me to believe that we in EU share the same login queues with US, hence the “busy hours”…
Makes no sense Blizzard. We can’t keep tolerating this situation - it really makes the game unplayable 
Everytime single time i’ve waited an hour in queue to get in, the game starts up in “Offline” tab and then i can start all over again…

Relaunch In DIablo II Resurrected Is A Pain In The Asxe Y Have To Wait The Queue erroring still 474th to wait and for the second time because i had to relaunch the game. plz blizzard do like diablo 3 its fast super fast to start and no problemo. hack your teknik.

Blizzard turning from a company which games i liked to a toal shitshow. It’s so fucking annoying that i cannot just play my online chars for 30min, because i get stuck in queue

It’s even worse…
I’ve waited more than 1 hour, and when the queue was finally over, I’ve landed on the offline page of my character selection. And when I’ve clicked on the online tab, I’ve returned at the start of an even longer queue… This is fucking unbelievable… I really start to loose faith in Blizzard…

What are you doing about the massive queues? I’m 459 in line, is that not ridiculous to you?
And what of the constant messages of not being able to communicate with servers every other time you try to create or enter a game?
In a day and age where thousands of people can log on and play the same game I really do not understand what is happening here.
This has become disappointing.

I was 397 in queue. After 30 minutes got “Error connect to server”. Now I am 514… XD

I will never understand the fact that blizzard treats their player base like absolute trash, taking a gigantic dump on their chests and people still play their games. The company is disgusting example of what other gaming companies should never be or turn into.
Everyone is complaining about blizzard on the forums and expect something to change. It won’t, because they do not care whatsoever. The only way they will ever feel anything is when it comes to money. So people should boycott their games completely and then you will see how fast they jump and how much feedback they give to their customers.
Diablo2R looks nice, but its riddled with problems. From performance issues to server issues. Path of exile just launched its new league and its a lot better then this trash. GGG gives constant feedback and is open with they customers and also listens to their player base.
Blizzard, once a highly regarded gaming studio, turned into a disgusting example of how money ruins a company.

Yep, nowadays we have a plague of incomplete products which are priced are complete. This is not only Blizzard issue.

this is absolutely shameful, always the same with you blizzard, you release games, you sell them to millions of people, you get paied and then you do always the same shit and people cannot play. with all the money you generate how the hell can you not plan this or at least buy decent servers??? are servers too expensive for you guys? i will never be able to understand such poor technical expertise and such despise for all your community.
blizzard was much better at starcraft 1, diablo 2, time. now we cannot even play to your games.
how can it be more difficult to play a game 1 month after the release than the day just after? only you blizzard brain dead have the answer and are stupid enough to implement it.
as a reminder this kind of things does not happen on other games which are more popular than yours.

bob: in the meantime we can tell them that we are looking for a solution and that we recomment them to play out of the pick hours, meaning during week day time (when nobody is available to play).

anyway, once again, if you are too poor to by new servers or upgrade yours sell the games 10€ more expensive, collect this extra money and get what it god damn takes to allow your dear community to play when they want without any trouble or without 3 hours queue waiting time.

Just the fact that you perfectly know this has been happening on every single expansion or new game release and WE THE PLAYERS always face the same scenario and never seen any improvement over the last years show that you really do not care anymore.
Blizzard now is : shut up and give me your money.

If these problems aren’t fixed by the time Guild wars 2 End of Dragons comes out, I guess good bye d2r. I was hoping to play it for longer than I played original d2, which was about 6 years.
Whats going on guys? We had a week of issues and we can put up with that, but now the problem is worse instead of better
Sort it out man. I decided to start single player, but when i moved pc’s the local character wasn’t there!
yesterday the game crashed as soon as i got to 1. I had to queue twice from 200+ …
Is anything going to work with this game? I am seriously going to have look into how to get a refund.

Hallo Blizzard, Leben wir im Jahr 1990? Ich stehe seit einer Stunde von Warteschlange 440 auf 330 und das im Jahr 2021… ich hätte das Game niemals ein zweites mal gekauft wenn ich gewusst hätte das ihr nach 20 Jahren immer noch Technische Probleme habt und das nicht auf die reihe bekommt!. Und wenn man endlich mal nach der Stundenlangen Warterei ins Game kommt ist der Spielspaß meisten nach 15 - 30 min wieder vorbei und man sieht wieder den schönen Warteschlangen Bildschirm mit Position 400 - 700 und wieder Stundenlanges warten… echt zum kotzen sowas, ich will mein Geld zurück!
