no is not. RNG is not that a guy roll a dice everyime only numbers 1-3 and the other guy roll the dice only numbers 4-6 - this is not RND, this is a bugged dice.
RNG is when both guys roll the whole range of dice numbers, 1-6.

Your perception is bugged. You may know about 2-5% of the items and possibilities in a game and running lowest difficulty in 1player games.

I have done thoushands of trav runs only had 2 mal runes never anything higher.

Then why some players get 2xBER, 4xLO, 5XSUR… in few hours? it should not be hard to find for all players according to RNG? yes, some may be luckky and find 1 BER + 1 LO/month, but not 4xBER,10xLO++++ /month when other find 0 x above MAL /3 months.
nobody crying, I even stop playing the game more than one month ago, so do not care. most of the players did the same, game is empty now…
Did you make them in player 5+ online games?
You should play some board games from time to time especially Ludo.
While a dice is certainly to small to never see some numbers its still hilarious how many rolls it can take if you need a certain number and then comes the classic 4 x 6 in a row.
If i had friends sure and battle net is working bad, u don’t get groups.
Every game i join ends 2 min or if it’s already ended.
Search for groups on forum and on Discord channels.
I would say the average is at about 5-6min for a cow game. 2-3 minutes is more than enough to do a run in Ancient Tunnels/Pit/Trav+Meph/Arcane Run(just opening the chests at the end and Kill Summ).
The idea is to grow your character up to the point where it is able to clear one of these zones in the specified areas in p+5 games.
I farmed my Enigma with a Blizz sorc running the aforementioned areas in p+5 games. Full Talls, Wt, Chances, 35 fcr spirit and some Fcr rings with ress. 105fcr, caped resistances. This equipment you can get with about 3ist. Not like me who payed my first Hr ever, a Sur for Tal Armour in the second or third week since launch :)). Your first goal before enigma should be to get a cta, torch and ideally anni before grinding for runewords like Eni and Infinity.
Or if blizz actually made lobby system better, it’s really bad atm.

Drop rates are fine … you et plenty of drops just not what you need / want
making a better way to trade in game is the solution
The game isn’t empty. And nobody drops that many high runes in a few hours. But there may be a lot of people telling lies to make themselves more important.
Bump to this. A bug with the loot system is a valid argument. Example Andy quest bug was something and acknowledged. Something is definitely weird with the loot system. Example 1 game what are the chance that 4 rune drops are all tal runes? I have been seeing same loot over and over again. Really weird. And it does not matter if I switch characters Or turn on VPN. Makes me wonder. Happens solo or multi-player games. I guess you either get a blessed account or not rip

What you describe is impossible in such a world ??? Spoiler alert, in a world where loot is working you’ll have exactly what you describe.

Joke aside, please elaborate on your findings. How many runs did you make? Where? How fast? Did you note all the loot? It would be nice to share your discoveries with the community and together to draw some conclusions.

Then lower the drop rate even more. Lower it to .00002 for a chip gem that way you can have fun forever.
