Its beyond me how Blizzard gets away with it all the time. There is literally no excuse why the servers are so bad. The only reason is because they are greedy and want to save as much money as possible. If any other company would do this people would go apeshit. With all the new technology today there is literally no excuse. Not to mention all the bugs/ and crashes since release.

What does having the info matter, honestly? They blab on about their issues which can all be fixed if they actually had funding which they obviously won’t get. They were literally told by the upper management to just “give them something wordy because we aren’t spending money on servers for a 20 year old game that they were all stupid enough to buy at full price”… and you’re okay with this?
“What else do I want?” How about a FULLY functional game? Is that REALLY that ridiculous to ask after paying $60?

They told you that they are working on this - this is an architecture + legacy code issue, not a server scaling issue.
I also have to say that this is the most pathetic game launch I have ever seen in my life. I was in queue 150+, then finally i was in game but in “offline” tab… then I click “online” tab to play battle.net and again 170 queue…
then you play 15 minutes and game crashes anyway and back to 200 queue
how can a company even release a game in a state like this. its not even beta, its still alpha. and they dont even give money back if you contact them.
Blizzard. Take all this money you get from the people and hire proper developers. This is just a poor joke what you do. It is poor and pathetic

raz la casquette deco sur deco file d’attente de 2 h merci avec votre incompétance j’ai désinstaller d2r - wow et diablo 3 FINI TERMINER un jeu made in blizmerde et ces incompétant je go sur ff14 la au moins pas de bloc serveur toute les 10 min et 2 h d’attente

This game is a joke. Now with the blxxdy waiting queue they don´t even tell you straight away that its not working.
They let you wait for position 3xx , and when its your turn to join, the message comes up: “Can´t connect to server!”
