agreed. what a Shi* show. random crashes are bad enough. but now we have to wait 20 minutes to get back in to play for maybe a few more minutes. the more i play the more im starting to look for other games. but hey what to blizz care. this is a sub game so they have no need to fix things. they have our money already

Seriously: We were dumb enough to pay for this game, they know we will be dumb enough to buy Diablo IV, because at the core, the series is great. The service on the other hand was bad and it gets worse and worse every single time. I feel sorry for the good devs at blizzard.
Edit: Haha, they ask for feedback. They get negative feedback. Look at the locked posts. Its so good. Shut them down, shut them all down! No voice for the customers!

In World of Warcraft, the queue system is like, when you get disconnected, crash or just plain ALT-F4, you have a couple of minutes of grace time before you get thrown to the back of the queue. I.e, ALT-F4 and logging in again would let you get back instantly. In Diablo 2 Resurrected, apparently you didn’t adopt this feature, which is quite frankly a complete disgrace. Especially seeing the amount of forum posts where people still get random crashes. This is something you need to adopt.

wow… this is the worst bug fix ever implemented. game crashes, error messages and server issues are now acompanied by endless queue times.
evening story: i have 30mins to play while my daughter is outside with my wife, ive spent 20mins in the queue only to receive an error message after waiting and having to restart at queue place 229… fk this SOOOO much

This guy wrote this blue post with confidence. it literally says llalalal we do what we need. Players can go tra lala themselves.
Problem is not the same. In the patch notes they explain that they have reutilized d2 original code. Specifically the one that manages the server conection and character management. They explains that this code only can have an instance at once. Real problem is that that code can’t manage the number of players trying to connect at once. And how the code is old and not new one, implement the same queue system that wow has is not possible. They have to develop an entire solution to fix this… it will take some weeks…
My thoughts?
I can tell you that waiting for 30 minutes to get past the queue, and then playing for 30 mins before the game crashes isn’t exactly what I would call fun.
Everything will be ok if Blizzard launched the game on the BEST version and the classic 1.09 versio of LoD and only for PC. Tgsi bulshit with all platforms, playstation etc leads to problems, because the compability between so much different platforms is very tough thing and crashes will be all the time… I am really sorry that i bought the game even though i knew that v.1.14 is a piece of shit.
But no player will ever blame Blizz for not making one.
Please stop that shit and sell whatever else
wow what a BS solution " que " time, game just crash randomly and have to wait a que to get back in what is very long time, and i know its not about my hardware what making game crash randomly, since many others players have this same problem, also i been update all my drivers and do other solution to get rid of that random crashes but none has been solve that. its on blizzard ends. fix your damn servers! it s really start to irritates how blizz is handling this situation, also why the hell blizz is selling uncomplete product what wont work properly, answer is they are milking money from us!!!
