its falling into the same area as cyberpunk, refunds will need to be issued very shortly if this is not fixed soon. this company is not a small company there are no excuses. I literally bet as we speak NOBODY is working on a fix for this.

I think there was a guy here who was about to file a case against ActiBlizz (few weeks ago… maybe more, when the first server crashes happened) and was asking to join him. Just search the forum and join it.
After 3 crash and 150+ queue.Now respons of server is “Failed to Authenticate.Try Again” and Queue againe…i’m play from 4h just 20min.Shame Blizzard!!!

Ok first of all, do you guys know how the rule of refound works? You have the right to refound, if you buy something online, and dont use it, within 2 weeks of receiving the product. Can anyone of you in here claim you havent used the product? No right? you are herby no longer covered by the right of return. Beyond this you are in the mercy of the companies good will. And no you can not get your money back if a product is broken, if it covers the warranty the company have to repair the product, how long it can take is not covered by the law, and a company is not entitled to give back your money in warranty cases.
does people have problem with a crash now and then? yeah sure and it sucks that you have to wait in queue, i prefer that over the servers cant handle the amount of people, and we cant play online at all. But keep in mind, the game only crashes for a minority of people. Meaning it’s probably more a problem on your end if it crashes after 10-15 minutes of playing. And if it bothers you so much, just play singleplayer.
But 1 thing is for sure, you wont get anything out of a lawsuit, blizzard only needs to follow the laws, and they do, beyond that, you got no rights.
U signed the license agreement. Now go read it. If u dont agree with it u shouldnt have signed it. Agreements are protected by the law. So if u want to take legal actions towards them u need to prove that the agreement isnt valid.
