Time for a Class Action Law Suite

Game isn’t broken. Online servers are shite though. If you are making claims, make sure they are correct. You’ll never win any lawsuit like that.

Oh so 50% of it is broken. I would say broken by definition.
The car sold as advertised 100% efficient actually runs at 50%. I don’t know how many consumer rights that violates. There’s online and there’s real life. In real life I’ve purchased a game wrongly advertised. If it stated ‘online play unavailable for 4 weeks from launch* I wouldn’t have a ground to stand on.
I don’t need a lawsuit. In the UK we are protected by an endless list of consumer rights. I’ll have my refund shortly by means of emailing there customer support and explaining my reason for refund and consumer rights and many more will follow. Then when the games playable I’ll return for free and take that as compensation for stress, anxiety and wasteful time spent.

What are your consumer rights in Canada? As in if you purchased a sealed game and the disc was broken inside, what’s the returns rights there?

100% would be able to return the game. If a product is defective or doesn’t perform as advertised you are fully able to get either a working replacement, or your money. Problem here is as much as I do think Blizzard should be issuing refunds… it’s not what I want. I like this game I want it to work properly. If they don’t fix it then I’ll be forced to ask for the refund, but it’s really not what I want.

lol don’t be so dramatic

this isn’t a car.

you people just need to refund and stop whining

Buddy I just needed the game to work as good as it did during beta and I wouldn’t complain. I just don’t want my time wasting, did too much of that blowing damn cartridges on my SNES to know this ain’t the 90’s anymore.
Hopefully everyone’s moaning might pressure them to hurry up doing what they gotta do.

Moaning is boring, pointless and childish.
Ofcourse the game needs to work as intended. Seems there are some issues though. Let’s hope they’ll fix them.
And the game having issues has nothing to do with this not being the 90’s. There’s always going to be issues that need solving, no matter how advanced technology has become.

I’m just bored with all the whine posts so decided to have some fun at their expense. Laughing at calls for lawsuits, which are a severe overreaction to this situation, is just that.

Just think about it. There are some issues with a videogame: “SUE THEM”
Sounds like a toddlers tantrum to me :sun_with_face:

The law would in that case, give you the right to get it repaired, Not getting your money back. And you might even have to pay yourself if you handled the car wrong, when you did it.

You seem to labor under the impression that because a law exists it’s morally sound. Reality is going to be a rough ride. Also, contrarians aren’t fun.
