if play 24hours on first day maybe. anyway, after paragon 3000 you get hard new levels.
Sit down clown, you obviously never played d2. PvP is what d2 all about. You think you collect these items for killing baal? JMOD is so precious for baal kill?
Back to your circus.
Never played d2 for pvp, not only a single time. Always played offline, where to obtain the strongest items and runewords is a never ending farming loop that is the heart of the game.
I donāt care having a strong pg for pvp, i like to have it to massively destroy everything in the fastest and easiest way also at player 8, thatās all. And i add that diablo is not the game i play to be challenging or hard but to relax myself while i kill hordes of monsters.
So for me the problem is that it should be fun doing this with any class and the majority of builds and you should be able to do this in any area of the game, not only 4 areas.
Many people like the pvp element but diablo is not pvp oriented, itās pve.
PS: maybe iām a clown, maybe not but surely youāre a fanboy, the worst type of gamer ever existed
I have the impression that the name of your topic does not really correspond to this sentence.
This.
And by the way, if you are looking for āendgameā, go do lld.
TLDR: If you have to repeat something, whatever it is, it will eventually get boring. Thereās no way around it. You can only postpone this by finding new challenges. Diablo provides this opportunity.
Just a suggestion out of personal experience:
Regrding the endgame: to me, Diablo is NOT a grinding game. I donāt care about perfect rolls or gear (apart from their trade value). Diablo is a mind game and the endgame is creating builds. Experiment, try new stuff, exotic stuff, original stuff. Forget about YouTube. Make it work on your own. Donāt demand that every build performs like a hammerdin, just demand that it works. It completes Hell and has no major issues along the way. Take the challenge to make it work despite not having multiple Ber-valued gear in most item slots. Take the challenge to build around every unique or set or runeword that you can think of. There is soooo much more variety in d2 than most people imagine. Personally, Iāve tried over 50 builds in the past years - all Hell viable even with single player gear on p3+ setting. The new balance changes and runewords extend these possibilities and essentially add new āendgameā content in this sense. Sure, you need to grind a bit to provide gear for these builds, but there are many budget ones as well and trading helps a lot.
In the huge variety of builds, many are melee, and they are by no means bad. And thatās even before Grief and Fortitude and all the former ladder-only runewords. I donāt understand why people keep complaining about this. Dual Dream paladins, Frenzy Barbs, Zealots, WW Barbs (when they fix them), Fury Druids are all quite strong and in my opinion much more versatile that a heavy dps single-tree lightning sorc, for example.
The new lvl85 areas will make the grinding part more diverse and enjoyable and making a few Flickering Flames, Plagues and Mists is a great incentive to play ladder for a few months. Great toys for new builds. All in all, I see good times ahead in D2R
Yes heās bad troll
,s,s,as,
In D2R is not, it shall be but is not. I agree that it shall be like you say, but the skillthree in D2 in very poor, the builds are obvious and not have to many choices to play with, and the fact that you can not reset the skills for free is another bad think.
In comparison, even D3 is much more complex in terms of builds, really in D3 and enjoyed what you say, trying builds, because you can reset the skills for free and there are really LOT of options to play around a build.
A token is more or less for free and you also get 3 free tries to begin with.
D2 has way more build options than D3, especially when there are no actual points to distribute in the latter. You only choose the gear and the abilities you use. End of story.
The strongest ones are obvious, of course. You see them all around after all. You actually need to do some work to think of the non-obvious builds. And I donāt mean a YouTube search.
Yes, this is I like also in RPG games like this. But in comparison with other games like GrimDawn, Warhammer Chaosbane, D3ā¦ this game is a very basic one in terms of builds and skillthrees and options to do builds. You see, some of you that comment in this forum mostly ONLY played D2 and you are thinking that D2 is still the king of the hill when it comes about RPGs, beleive me that is not anymore, it was 20 years ago, now is very rudimentary.
they are not bad but most of them plag really bad, especially fury druid.
the only melee builds that are somewhat fun is dream pala and ww barb.
auto hitting horde of monster while also misclicking loot all the time feels aweful. the mechanics are the problem less so the builds.
you can also play MA assa but it just feels terrible. you can kill (slowly) but the charge mechanic and click makes it feels crap.
probably a big reason why so many also play casters because you just throw fat aoe spells on the screen without the need to target a monster
D2 end game is pvp lol. Nobody plays d2 pvp. Itās a joke. People always try this line trying to spread their own delusions. No oneās buying it. This a pve game 1st 2nd and 3rd.
PvP is not the endgameā¦ hardly 5% does PvP. Get over yourself dudeā¦
All classes can complete the game on HC SSF not all builds will make it though.
Each class/build is strong in some aspects and weaker in others - rather play according to their strengths and have a diverse character selection that allows variation.
only if you have 1 build. There are a few good farming spots. Each build has certain areas they prefer to spend their time.
Thats why D2R is a downgrade to Project Diablo 2, in every possible way other than graphics. And even then, I still prefer the boosted original graphics from PD2, you canāt beat oldschool pixel graphics when it comes to atmosphere.
If PD2 had D2R graphics i would not even install D2Rā¦ Should tell the D2R devs what most people want.
Get a life loser clown
according to this poll itās 50%.
Thanks for showing you are wrongā¦ really constructive. As i said about 5% of the players will ever do PvP as the main feature of the game so why should ANYTHING! be balanced around PvP? Donāt get me wrong they could make a total different balance table for damage done in PvE and PvP but that would take a huge amount of time out of developing the game for 95% of the playerbase just to make 5% happyā¦ Hardly something any company would take on or should take on.
Yeah and everyone have told their PvP friends to come and vote plus people that donāt care about PvP clearly wouldnāt give a rats ass about a poll like thatā¦ You should rather look at the number of votes and then look at the amount of people that play D2Rā¦ That would give you an actual idea about what people think. I didnāt even take time to vote because i know i am right and i donāt wanna waste time on an obviously flawed way to decide the āimportanceā of PvP in D2R.
