I’ve got a genuine question: Can we expect some sort of a compensation???
It’s a VERY high price for a remake of a game (compared to other well-known remakes it’s about double the price) and almost a month later there are still huge issues, where a lot of players (including myself) can’t even play the game because they are in incredibly large queues (again: including myself).
I don’t have a lot of time available and want to be able to play a game for which I’ve payed a lot of money for, when I want to.
Look, if it was at least half the price from what you’ve been asking, I wouldn’t even consider making this post. But because you ask such a premium price (in my case 40 Euros) for a remake, I expect a paramount service, which we can all agree with, isnt the case right now … and again: we’re almost a month after release!!!
I’d really expect something like a compensation! Be it something ingame or some sort of a discount.

после обновления от 23.10.2021 перестал подключатся к серверам, стою час в вашей великой очереди потом мне пишет что невозможно подключится к серверу и опять в очередь я вам что шутка какая то, игра уже черти сколько как вышла а проблемы каждый день. удалял игру и клиент устанавливал по новому без результатов. антивирусов нет прокси нет все остальное работает шикарно. исправьте пожалуйста пока я не закипел!
Нет, мы для них даже не шутка, мы для них пустое место. Ведь мы уже заплатили деньги, они получили все что хотели. А на нас им плевать.

for 12 hours my Characters cant create or join since once again : im already in a game on the servers… please try again later. its getting very frustrating!

when changing a character in diablo ii resurrected, the connection is lost, check the Internet connection (approximately), although the Internet is normal, you have to re-log in and wait in line!!! PLUS! the first run of the game crashes and oh yes , it 's the turn again !

Hello, After switching to a nightmare, akala still sells small potions as normal and monsters give me almost no exp points at all. I have screenshots but I can’t add them. Please fix it because I’m not able to play this character
Yesterday everything was fine (except for the queues) /
Today the FPS in the game drops to 25-27. Video card load 96-100%
When switching to the old graphics FPS 60. Load 13-27%
(gtx 970)
This was not the case before!
Failed to enter game - This character is already in a game on the server
I get this error after crash (couldn’t join any nightmare diff game). Happened around 25 minutes ago. First time since Beta. Please fix this immediately - I can’t wait hours to play (it’s getting late here).
I tried restarting game, logged off bnet account, logged in again, even tried different realms - without luck. 1 hour+ passed - still can’t join or make games online…

I got 2 crash today in less then 5 mins this is bad EU servars are not fixed as NA

je connais une personne qui c est faite deco du jeux 5 fois d affiler en meme pas une heure vous contez regler le probleme quand car ca ne date pas d aujourd hui mrc de ne rien foutre sur d2 pour ce genre de problème
Played hardcore. Killed Andriel. Out of the game. I want to make another run on Andriel, but I can’t, the character is dead. I don’t understand how this happened. He died out of the game… Please return my character so that I would die MYSELF.
or you need to rename hardcore to super, hyper, space complexity. Where a merchant can kill you or exit the game.
