i cant find my character that i played for 13hrs,
im sure it was asia. 1st day of playing i didnt purchase and i played it, then the next day 1 buy the game, after log in i lost my previous character. i thought i was only free so i make a another one. i played for 13hrs more, today after logging my account it showing my first hero.
You have one lv13 hero in Asia, one lv69 hero in Americas.
Make sure you select the correct region on the launcher before clicking the Play button.

Could I make a suggestion? Make a level 1 hero on each region and name them the same as the region they’re in, e.g. make a hero called America on the US region, and so on. That way, if you accidentally log into the wrong region, you can easily see which region you’ve logged into.
