After years of inactivity, I managed to level a seasonal barbarian to 70 (41) in a couple of days.
I have read some guides and it is all mostly overwhelming at this stage.
For example I was doing solo bounties / rifts in Torment I and things were tough, I had to avoid elite mobs and just go the bounty specific mob and there burn CDs, twice. For example killing an Act boss would have me blowing my CDs twice in the fight, 2 mins each, so say 4 mins average.
I then cubed my first 2H mighty weapon and it gave me The Gavel of Judgement, and suddenly things are dying with just one hit. Elite packs and Act bosses no probs anymore, a couple of hits and they are gone. So I upped the level to Torment II, and things are still dying in a few hits, except now I think I will stumble on survivability.
I do not have any way to measure progress, in other words I am not sure if I am doing the right thing, or perhaps for 16-18 hours real play time should I be having much better or different gear? I am missing a guide like “do this next because you need (a) gloves (b) feet etc”…
