Did you also complete all the tasks of all the previous âchaptersâ (Destroyer, Champion, Slayer, etcâŚ) ?
If you havenât done all the tasks of all the previous levels, you will not get the rewards for conqueror (or guardian).

It solved my problem - i did not complete previous âChaptersâ.
There was no indication nor any linking between these âchaptersâ comparing to ch.1-4âŚ

Yes⌠and you are not the only one who has been confused by this. In the past, players could not check what tasks remained to be done at higher levels. And one needed to complete a level entirely before advancing to the next level. As a âQuality of Lifeâ improvement, Blizzard allowed players to see the tasks that will need to be done in later levels⌠but there is no indication for ânewerâ players that all the previous levels need to be done to collect the rewards in a given level.
At least now⌠you know⌠and will be prepared when the same thing happens next season
