Can't Access Account Settings

When I click on my name in the top right of the screen to bring down the drop down menu, when I click on account settings it just loads a blank screen? Earlier I was trying to update my cell number because I have got a new cell number but in order to update the number the automated system needs to send a confirmation code to my old number and the sim card of that number was not in my phone so I just cancelled it and thought I would just do it later once I have had a chance to put the old sim card back in my phone so I could recieve the confirmation code but when I came back after putting the old sim card back in my phone I went to the account settings page and it just loads a blank page, PLEASE help, and thanks in advance.

Thanks yes I went to that link you gave me and added my story, but I am so relieved now because I went and checked it now and my settings page is working normally again whew :sweat:. However I am still unable to update my cell number because I get some weird error about VOIT or something to that effect.

OK – I don’t know what VOIT is… if you don’t get more replies here, I’d put in a ticket to Blizzard. You should provide them with the exact message you’re getting.
