I get the following message every time I try to enter the game:
The application encountered an unexpected error.
I reinstalled everything, but I still can’t get in.
What should I do?
Have you tried the troubleshooting suggested here:
If you did, or if the issue is not solved, you will need to provide more details in the form of a DxDiag report . Generate the report and upload it to a cloud or a website that will host text files… such as as pastebin.com… and provide a link to it in your reply.
If you get a warning that you cannot post a link, you will need to convert the link to Preformatted text by highlighting the entire link and clicking on the </> button (button #6) on the formatting bar at the top of the composition window.
