I haven’t played the game in years and decided to play again. Bought the necro expansion but I can’t play the damn game!
I am able to login to the game, create a new seasonal hero but whenever I actually try to start playing I get the following error:
Network Disconnect: The game connection has been lost: your client has been disconnected from the server.
I have tried everything in the troubleshoot to no avail. Oh and also I tested playing on the North American server and there weren’t any problems there except a high lag, as expected.
What exactly is going on? Why can’t I play on the EU servers?
Not to be rude but welcome to the club man, we’re thousand experience different, but at the same time similar problems that , according to blizzard, has been fixed. Personally im getting closer by the day to boycot ALL blizzard, and even activision games. lol.

We have been experiencing some connection issues with our games and that is the most likely reason why you are having these problems.
Our developers are looking into this as we speak.

Ah didn’t realize it was an ongoing problem. Bad timing to replay the game on my part
Support are obviously pre-programmed bots with same answer over and over. Sneaky AI. beware of skynet!!
