I just finished the current Challenge Rift and succeeded but did not receive the reward when I logged back in with my char.
Tried to turn it off and on again, but nothing changed.
When I get back to Challenge Rift I can see the confirmation.
Can’t access the horadric cache though.
Any ideas how to claim that reward?
Is this the first time you’ve completed a CR? I only ask because it should pop up at the bottom left indicating that you’ve get mail. Clicking on the icon a window pops up where you can claim the cache to inventory. If this doesn’t happen, I’d suspect you’ve already cleared the CR before, as you only get one reward per week.
If non of this is relevant, I suggest you open a ticket for eventually a bug for Blizzard to look into. I sounds pretty strange.
