Characters deleted?

Hi,

I’ve just logged in after not playing for a few years, and i think my characters have been deleted. Any way to get them back?

Hi:

Heroes are normally not deleted, even if you have been absent for a long period of time.

Are you sure that you are using the right e-mail to log in the Battle.Net Desktop App ?

Ensure also that you are playing on the right region (Europe, Americas, Asia)… you can select the region on the Battle.Net App by clicking the Earth icon just above the Play button.

If all this fails, you will need to contact Blizzard Support and see how they can help you;

Hi,

Thanks for the response. It was the server as you suggested. Server was set to Americas instead of Europe as default.
