i was chatting in the general chat while my non-seasonal character is in the middle of the screen “character select” , and SUDDENLY … it turned into a crusader in a clan named AK with name Andrimal and level 9 seasonal , wtf!?
when i deleted it , it actually took away one of my characters, then it happened again… what the hell is going on !? i lost 2 characters and some others disappeared !

i uninstalled the game after that really … i’m about done of the horse crap that is happening .

Please note that you are limited to three account rollbacks for the lifetime of your account so it depends on whether you think recovering the two heroes you deleted are worth doing that for.

Restore Hero
You may restore your most recently deleted hero.
But this method only lets you get back the hero you most recently deleted, it won’t let you recover multiple heroes.

thank you for your tip for this situation, i think i’ll need to use rollback , since it was few of them , it wasn’t just one or two , i don’t even know how did that happen , i deleted 2 and lost few more. thanks for helping 
By the way, the underlying issue with clan names / hero names / languages changing was apparently resolved last week…
