Sorry, that this might sound like a stupid noob problem, but I am now level 70 and I got in total about 10 legendary items yet (and zero set items except from Haedrig). Playing mostly Master/Expert/Torment 1 so far ==> nothing. I waited a while until writing this, but this is not just “a bit less”. What could be wrong here? Or is it a crazy misperception? I am playing since many years and never had it like this …
Well, the low drop rates are due to the difficulty level(s) you’re playing at…
- At Normal to Master, the drop chance for legendaries open-world is 0%.
- At Normal to Master, the drop chance for legendaries in Rifts is 25%.
- At Torment 1, those figures become 15% and 44% respectively.
- At Torment 16, those figures become 1221% and 1760% respectively.
