I tried logging into game after purchasing and downloading, it always shows error when it comes to loading characters.

same. ive had this game downloaded for years. annoying as hell
I can’t see armoury profiles for either of you on EU, US or Asia.
Are you guys on console?
This is actually a known issue that we are looking into.
I would however point out that there is a thread over on the US forums about this, it does contain some work arounds that have resolved the issue for others, you can find it here.
