Been trying for 3 hours to conect to the game, bought it today played 2 hours with conection lags and now its even not passing the character selection screen… says client faild to conect or it opens rarly the game play screen but my character is missing, i did the fix option and chacked my internet everything is working,
saw on twiter u posted u fixed the conection problem 2 hours ago…

wanted to ask is there a fix for this thing? or if it coming back problem how i get a refund?

Those are locations on your local PC’s hard disk drive.

You need to upload the files to a free hosting service like www.pastebin.com and then provide a link to the uploaded files, as follows…

  1. Copy the URL to the clipboard
  2. Paste the URL into your forum post
  3. Highlight the URL in your post
  4. Click the </> button in the editor
  5. This will turn your URL into pre-formatted text
  6. Whilst not clickable, the URL will be properly formatted so others can copy / paste it like this…

Hi Oleg211! I’m really sorry I missed your reply here, I had been waiting for it and I missed it, so it’s all on me.

Now, having checked into things there are 2 things I can suggest based on your files at least.

  1. Update your Windows, it seems your windows may be missing the most recent updates so please check for any updates there.
  2. Your Graphics drivers need updating, the latest drivers I can recommend for you are here: Драйвер GeForce Game Ready | 442.50 | Windows 10 64-bit | NVIDIA

Hopefully that should get things working for you in the game, if not please do let us know.
