Connection fault!

Dear Blizzard!

I got a disconnected from the server while i did a bounty and my character died. My internet provider failure and my modem is also failure, so what to do next? :frowning: I don’t want to start again with a new character, because i lost all of my seasonal item and everything. I hope so i get some help. This problem is happened at the early morning so around 9 o’clock. So if it possible can i get back my character?

Unfortunately it is not possible to restore a Hardcore character once he/she died.

Dear Blizzard!

I’m sad to hear that. First of all therefore, because i’am ask a help about it but i only got a same answer that everyone knows, including also me. When i started Diablo 3 i died twice in a same day with my hardcore character… i accapted because this is my fault, i collected a lot of enemy but my character died. Then now my problem with the disconnected from the server, and then my character died, so please i ask again a help about it not a superficial answer for that. :slight_smile:

As much as I understand your request and wish, those are the rules of the game. Once a hardcore character dies, due to whatever reasons, it stays dead.
