hello,
i have played tonight on the EUROPE region on my account as always when suddenly the game crashed. afterwards i could not get back into the game… it freezes on the retrieving hero list, so i have tried to fix it with all i can get on the forums. nothing helped and i have the same problem. but the funny thing is that i can still aces EUROPE on my other account as well the other regions
what can be the problem??
i even reinstalled the game and still nothing. EUROPE server still not working on my main account.(work’s fine on my second account)

From like 5h ago i have the same problem with my account and did exactly the same thing as you did to fix it an d nothing …
Strange thing is that i can not access my EU hero list but works fine with NA servers.
looking forward to some answers on how to fix it
I connect on a different account and everything works normal
I even try to connect with my account on a different country and same thing … hero list not coming
i did a check for updates and fix repair … 
i cant enter the game, some conection problem, cant retrive hero list, also i lose my friend list, cant write anyone… this problem is from yesterday…
the bigger issue is that on the same laptop with my 2nd account works fine in all region!!!
same thing here , second account is working perfect … but main one … same lock screen … and also there is no error, just freeze in receiving the hero list.
hope that we get an answer asap…

so for some reason i don’t know why but now its working… i played on my second account tonight and got my barb up a bit. before going to sleep i tried the main account and it’s working. huraaaaaaaaaaaay
hi , same thing in my case … all working good now …
and also i don’t know what have they done but at least now i have no more communities that i cant leave for no good reason(i had 2 that i could not leave cuss of an error)
there is just a thing left: i have a WolandV in friends list who is inactive for 200+ day and i can’t delete him:) any tips ?

Sorry to hear you’ve run into trouble! I’m glad for some it’s fixed. If this occurs (or is still occurring) please perform these steps:
- Delete the Battle.net Cache and Files folder
- Restart Blizzard App
- Use Scan and Repair for Diablo III
